Introduction

Founded in 2001, Sizwe IT Group started out as a consumables operation that has grown to a sizable company offering a diverse range of ICT infrastructure solutions. From when Sizwe, founded by Hanno Van Dyk and Ben Kekana, operated only in Pretoria, to today with its national footprint, the company prides itself on its SMME model which has allowed it to implement substantial contracts whilst supporting and promoting smaller, independently owned businesses.

Offering a suite of managed solutions from ICTI, Networks and Servers to End User Services, Sizwe has built strong relationships with established multinational manufacturers and succeeded in obtaining, amongst others, the coveted CISCO Gold Partner Status.

Over the years, Sizwe has built up a formidable body of expertise in a variety of areas, particularly in the networks and security solutions field. This has been facilitated through strategic partnerships and the industry-leading skills we employ and continue to develop amongst our 650 staff members. We also enjoy a history of strong and reliable relationships with our client base in the public sector that are now translating into a growing awareness of our services and increased business in the private sector.

We are very particular about the quality of the service we provide to our clients, without whom we realise we would not exist. In fact, our strategy is based on the fact that our excellent partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, aligned with exceptional skills and values within the company, are what make it possible for us to maintain the trust we have built with our clients. To sustain this partnership-driven approach and contribute to the broader economy, we have also embarked on a partnership programme aimed at growing and supporting emerging BEE contractors.
