Our SMME Partnerships

In line with Government’s drive to enhance skills development in regions across South Africa and attract revenue to those areas, Sizwe works according to an established BEE/ SMME methodology. An industry benchmark, our ‘franchise’ BEE/SMME methodology, giving major shareholding and leaving revenue behind in the regions to enhance economic growth.

Sizwe supplies processes, business and technical expertise, as well as ‘on the job’ skills transfer, formal certification, training and spare-parts holding. In a nutshell, we mentor the BEE/SMMEs to ensure the success of their businesses and the up-skilling of their employees in the interests of better service delivery and sustainability in the regions.

As a practice, Sizwe allocates as much procurement business as possible to BEE suppliers, including SMMEs that are able to deliver without major constraints. All business units strive to make use of BEE service providers and to reach the affirmative procurement targets set for them.
