The Sizwe End User Computing (EUC) service model is not just about getting a machine operational. Our SLA-driven support and maintenance delivers services against tightly defined Service Level Agreements, managed by the Sizwe Service Desk, covering the entire lifecycle of equipment.

We reduce clients’ overall down-time, support costs and capacity issues, while increasing efficiency and productivity in the work place.

Acquisition

We create and maintain a Product Catalogue for you, which adheres to your standards and configurations. We order software and equipment and mange the process from order acceptance to delivery and sign-off.

Setup (IMACD)

Equipment is setup and configured in our national staging centres, before delivery to site. Through our ITIL Release Management process we will ensure that all EUC equipment connected to your network adheres to industry accepted best practice in line with your architecture, specific policies, guidelines, and frameworks.

Device Lifecycle Management

We provide you with advice and recommendations on the usage, trends and status of your EUC devices. In addition, we undertake maintenance services to ensure system reliability, availability, supportability, and manageability.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance

We specialise in providing professional ICT maintenance and support services. Our professional field services operation consists of over 400 skilled technicians,
countrywide; to provide the end user maintenance and support you need to make your ICT asset work.

Spare Parts Holding

We have a significant investment in spare parts, loan stock and backup units at all our nine regional offices, together with a certain amount of “boot stock” in the Engineers’ car. And, we are well versed in predicting requirements.

PDA-Enabled Maintenance

Our unique PDA-enabled user maintenance and support system means that from the moment a call is logged with our 24-hour Service Desk, a technician is assigned to attend to your query, resulting in super fast and efficient service.

Consumables and Stationery

Through our sales division you can place orders for any of your consumable and stationery needs. We support all major brands and provide superb service
delivery, Nationally.

Asset Auditing and Tracking

We will provide you with an initial physical full hardware and software audit and will seal the units with a bar-coded tamper proof sticker. The audit information is
captured using a PDA device with a built in Scanner. The Sizwe “Tracka” database is updated, the information is verified and used for ongoing asset tracking.
